Overview

High-density genotyping study involving 10,796 individuals with type 1 diabetes (T1D) and 12,173 unrelated, healthy controls of European ancestry using the Illumina ImmunoChip platform. A total of 138,229 SNPs were available for analysis after the QC process. Evidence for association was obtained for 44 regions at P≤3.23E-07 (ImmunoChip Bonferroni-corrected P)
